These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you," or "your") and 999ph ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the 999ph online casino platform, website, mobile applications, and all related services (collectively, the "Service"). Creating multiple accounts, using false identities, or registering under another person's name is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of all accounts and forfeiture of funds. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile number, and residential address. You agree to promptly update your information if any changes occur.

Following registration, you must complete our identity verification process by submitting clear, legible copies of government-issued identification documents, which may include a Philippine driver's license, passport, UMID card, or Philippine National ID. Verification typically occurs within twenty-four (24) hours, though we reserve the right to request additional documentation or conduct enhanced due diligence procedures for any account. Withdrawal privileges are suspended until verification is successfully completed.

3. Account Security and Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login information with any third party or allow others to access your account. Any activity conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not, is your responsibility.

3.1 Unauthorized Access

You agree to immediately notify 999ph of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. We will investigate such reports and may suspend your account pending investigation. However, you remain liable for all activity on your account until we receive written notice of the security breach and have had reasonable time to act upon it. We are not liable for any losses incurred due to unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential confidentiality.

3.2 Account Suspension and Termination

999ph reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Grounds for termination include, but are not limited to: violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, collusion with other players, use of automated betting systems or bots, abusive behavior toward staff or other players, or any conduct we deem detrimental to the integrity of the Service. Upon termination, any remaining balance in your account may be forfeited if the termination resulted from your breach of these Terms.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

999ph supports various payment methods popular among Filipino players, including GCash, PayMaya (Maya), bank transfers, and other approved channels. All financial transactions must be conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise specified.

4.1 Deposit Terms

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Wagering requirements specify the number of times you must wager the bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount) before converting bonus funds to withdrawable cash. Different games contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute 10-20% or be excluded entirely. 5.2 Bonus Abuse

We do not manipulate game outcomes, and all games are regularly audited by independent testing agencies to ensure fairness and randomness.

6.1 Game Integrity

You agree to play all games in good faith and not to employ any techniques, strategies, or systems designed to exploit technical errors, software bugs, or vulnerabilities in game logic. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. We are not responsible for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, telecommunications failures, internet outages, government actions, or third-party service provider failures.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 999ph, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to: (a) your violation of these Terms; (b) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) any fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity conducted through your account.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the 999ph Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy. We employ industry-standard security measures to protect your data, but cannot guarantee absolute security given the inherent risks of internet transmission.

12. Communication and Notifications

By registering an account with 999ph, you consent to receive communications from us via email, SMS, push notifications, or through your account dashboard. If modification is not possible, the invalid provision shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

15. Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms, or to exercise any right or remedy available to us, shall not constitute a waiver of that provision, right, or remedy, nor shall it prevent us from enforcing such provision or exercising such right or remedy in the future. No waiver shall be effective unless made in writing and signed by an authorized representative of 999ph.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and 999ph regarding your use of the Service. These Terms supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, or warranties, whether written or oral, regarding the subject matter herein.

17. Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, or delegate any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We reserve the right to assign or transfer these Terms, in whole or in part, to any third party, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, without your consent or prior notice.
